When you see an item you want, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to put it in your Shopping Cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed to pay for your item and Checkout. Remember, an item isn't yours until you pay for it at Checkout.

YES. Our number one goal is to make you a happy returning customer! Feel free to return any item within 90 days that you are not thrilled to own. To return an item, please call us at 1-800-616-5305 to secure a Return Authorization (RA) number. The following product categories are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

- Bug Detectors
We now rent all of the items above, with the exception of Tasers, so if you need temporary use of these products, our rental program is the way to go.

All shipping damage and breakage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt as claims must be made with the carrier. We will act on your behalf with the carrier to expedite your claim and ship you a replacement product. Please contact us at 1-800-616-5305 to report any merchandise that was damaged by the shipping carrier.

We stand behind each and every product, 100%. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us to request a replacement. All replacement requests must be made by emailing us at support@thehomesecuritysuperstore.com or calling us at 1-800-616-5305 to secure a Return Authorization number (RA). Replacement products cannot be issued until the defective item is returned and received.
