My item was damaged by the shipping carrier, how do I get it replaced?
All shipping damage and breakage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt as claims must be made with the carrier. We will act on your behalf with the carrier to expedite your claim and ship you a replacement product. Please contact us at 1-800-616-5305 to report any merchandise that was damaged by the shipping carrier.
I received a defective item, how do I get it replaced? How do I get a refund?
We stand behind each and every product, 100%. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us to request a replacement. All replacement requests must be made by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 1-800-616-5305 to secure a Return Authorization number (RA). Replacement products cannot be issued until the defective item is returned and received.
