Very interesting that you would send me a request on an item that ya cant get what ya ordered. First of all you got the order wrong, I wanted a charger for my stun gun, JUST LIKE THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THE STUN GUN. That's what I asked for when I spoke to the rep. Well when I got it after waiting over a week, you sent me the type to be used in your car lighter. When I received it I called and spoke to the rep. and explained that it was wrong, so sorry you go ahead and send it back, and when we receive it we will send you what you originally asked for. He also stated we will send you a shipping Tag and you will have that sent to your email address in less than five minutes. Well I called the next day and spoke to a very nice young lady and she said that they were sorry, and that they sent the tag somewhere else because they had the wrong email address. Very disappointed in your service and the poor customer relation and the fact I waited for over 3 weeks to get the refund, even though it was only $8.99.
