Self-Defense-Customer Preferred Pepper Sprays From Fox Labs

Along with Mace and Sabre brand pepper sprays, Fox labs makes one of the premier brands of nonlethal self-defense items in the country. They were founded in 1992 to produce and market the best pepper spray self-defense products available. Six years later in 1998 they introduced a formula that still, to this day, is the hottest pepper spray anywhere at 5.3 million Scoville heat units or SHUs.

They have deliberately stayed away from producing a wide variety of products, instead concentrating on quality. Aside from having one of the hottest pepper sprays available, they have consistently the longest range, on average, of any brand.

They were the first brand to introduce Taser/ECD compatible products.

In this article we will introduce you to several customer preferred nonlethal self-defense items from Fox labs. They all contain the famous 5.3 million Scoville heat unit formula that is used by police, law enforcement, security and military agencies around the world. They are all Taser/ECD compatible.

The first one is a 2 ounce Stream Pepper Spray  that has a range of up to 20 feet in a heavy stream pattern with 18 half-second bursts. It has a spring loaded flip-top cap that protects against accidental discharge.

The second one is a different method of disbursement in that it is a fogger. It is a 2 ounce Fog Pepper Spray that also has 18 half-second bursts that fire in a wide fog cone pattern up to 18 feet away. It contains a UV marking dye for assailant identification.

And finally one of the most popular for civilian use is this half ounce Keychain Pepper Spray that fires a heavy stream pattern up to 10 feet away in 10/2 second bursts.

There are several reasons why defensive sprays, also known as pepper sprays, are among the most popular self-defense product in the world. First of all, they are close to 90% effective and relatively inexpensive giving you the best value for your dollar in a nonlethal self-defense item. And maybe just as importantly, they are legal just about everywhere with a few cities and states having some restrictions.

Pepper sprays can incapacitate an assailant for as long as 45 minutes by causing intense pain, excessive tearing in the eyes and by making breathing very difficult. They also cause a certain amount of disorientation and confusion.

When it comes to getting a nonlethal item for your self-defense, Fox labs pepper sprays has to be very close to the top of your list.
