Good quality. Good price. I liked the velcro flap cover which holds very securely, yet is easy to access. I'd like to see the holster less stiff and bulky. You don't want to sit back against this for any length of time; also it would be nice to have an inside sleeve or something similar to hold a cuff key. I punched a tiny hole through the base of the cover flap and inserted a round-head, flat-pronged paper sheets fastener through from the outside, then put the circular head of the cuff key over the prongs and folded the prongs back flat; the key can't escape but is easily accessible.

Excellent! Does what it's supposed to do. Works great with the Police Force Tactical cuffs that I bought.
