New Home Invasion Scams-Safety Tip Of The Week

Home invaders will do just about anything to gain entry into your home but usually it is quite simple-right through your front door.

Here are two other home invasion scams that seem to be going around right now. Don’t fall victim to these scams. The first one involves running water. Your family is asleep at night and all of a sudden you hear your outdoor spigot running with water all over the place. Of course you need to turn it off. So you go to your front door, open it and wham-it’s too late.

The second one is much more sophisticated. It involves the cries of a small child at your front door. Of course you are curious. So you open the door and there may or may not be a small baby. But the home invaders have gotten you to open your door. Too late.

Here are two ways you can beat the scams.
