Mail Boss In-Ground Steel Mounting Post 43"

This 43" in-ground post is made of heavy-duty 10 and 14-gauge galvanized steel. The sturdy post can hold any of the Mail Boss locking mailbox models. In order to meet the USPS height requirements, the post must be embedded 12" into the ground. The mailbox should be at prescribed height of 41"- 45" above roadside surface on complete installation.If you need to go for a deeper installation, the in-ground post can be fitted over a 4" x 4" wooden post and reinforced with rebar for sturdiness. Mounting bolts and instructions are provided for quick and easy installation. The steel post is powder coated for added durability.
