    Well Made

Well made. I rubbed hand lotion on the baton extended and it reacted much smoother to expand and collapse easier. You have to pound it good to get it to collapse but it reacts much smoother after lubricating the steel shaft.

    Door Knockers

The Baton is certainly well made however what I need is something to ward off the persistent "door knockers" who POUND on my front door to the point of nearly knocking my front door in. I refuse to open my door which makes them madder so they pound harder. I have appropriate signage up but they find this "funny" and laugh, they say they can not read. I wish I could purchase a gun since they wait below my front steps trying to draw me out, but at 73 I am not very mobile and do not want to risk a physical interaction. Also, since I live in the very liberal state of MA the anti-gun laws are extreme. I have wondered about a "paint ball gun" but am not sure that this would help. I am very frustrated that my home and property are open to these clowns. Suggestions???

    Non lethal security.

I've always wanted a collapsible baton. In my older years I feel that having a choice between lethal and non lethal is paramount. Being able to defend myself and do it with a non lethal source can also help with legal situations. Thank you.

    Re-Collapsing Issue

I'm satisfied with the baton's heavy sturdiness and structure. However, after extending the baton for the first time, I experienced extreme difficulty attempting to collapse the baton. Numerous attempts pressing the extended baton against the ground was unsuccessful. It took approximately 10 minutes to finally collapse the baton. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and not the norm. Keep working on improving this merchandise. This item should not not be difficult to operate.. It's very fraustrating. Any recommendations? ?? Much appreciated. Thanks.
