ASP® Metro Defender D2 Keychain Pepper Spray Baton

The ASP® Key Defender is made up to law enforcement standards but is the perfect self-defense weapon for civilians as well. The durable aerospace aluminum body is lightweight, yet powerful enough to be used as a striking weapon. On top of that, it contains a firing system for deploying pepper spray. Each Key Defender comes with one 4-gram pepper spray cartridge that fires up to 6 half-second bursts up to 3 feet. The pepper formula inside contains 10% OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) and measures at 2 million Scoville Heat Units, so this will cause an instant burning sensation to attackers upon contact, forcing their eyes to close and difficulty breathing. To fire the spray, there is a 2-step activation. First, the safety actuator, which prevents accidental firings, must be disengaged. Once that is done, a simple press of the tail-end activation button will fire the spray from the tip of the baton. The unit also comes with an inert aerosol canister for practicing and familiarizing yourself with how it works. On top of that, it has a detachable key ring that makes it easy to attach to keys and carry in a purse or pocket. This also allows you to swing your keys as a striking weapon for another self-defense option.
