After having to reach out to CS I was told that my product was not in stock and that they apologized for not informing me on the time of the order. I found out after I received the first package and it had a document that showed all my items but one was missing. System should be in place to connect to inventory to auto-message anyone ordering and out of stock or discontinued item. This is two orders and both have failed to convey proper messages to me.

I purchased this product as a present but with the box all torn up, damaged and mangled apart, there is no way I can give this product as a gift. If it were just for me, I don't mind the box being damaged but that is not an excuse for this "superstore" to ship products with damaged packaging.

When I called to check on the status of my safe not having been delivered, I was told to call some delivery freight company ( I think it was R&L delivery service) to find out why. I ordered the product thru you and I should have got the answer thru you. The freight company did not have my correct tel # (not your fault), did not show up on the delivery date and finally got my safe 2-3 weeks after I had ordered it. I will still recommend your company to others because you have a lot of good products. However, you need to improve your customer service

After having issues with the product I contacted support, they got back to me reasonable fast but only directed me to call someone else to deal with the issue. They did nothing but pass the problem off to someone else. Didn't offer a refund or exchange either, only to call the manufacturer. That was a fun experience too, let me tell ya.

time and date will not set. time/date stamp is a day and 2 hours fast. called tech support and rep that I finally was able to speak to on the phone did not know why the time setup would not set properly. Also, I was under the understanding that motion video could be taken at night. Have tested after dark with little light and video can not be seen.

We ordered three Pepper Sprays and a Door Jammer door brace. The Pepper sprays were received in just a few days. But, the door Jammer was not shipped with the sprays for some reason. Called and talked to Stephanie. She said she did not know why it was not shipped, but she went to shipping and they told her that it had shipped the day before. Received a new tracking number, which turned out to be no good. waited two days and still did not receive the Jammer, so called Stephanie again. She got it shipped but now it was too late for it to be received before we left on vacation. I believe it was received in Bartlesville, OK on the 9th, but cannot be sure as our mail is being held. Stephanie told me we could return it later if it did not arrive in time. We will probable do that after we get home, which is after April 14th.

On approximately 01/26/16, I purchased two products--a drug-testing kit and a taser battery charger. While I have already received the latter product, I am still waiting for the drug-testing kit. According to Velocitypro, that product was shipped by the USPS on 01/29/16 separately and should have already arrived at my destination. I have attempted to address this situation by contacting both Velocitypro and the USPS. However, none has been helpful. At this point, I am not certain as to who should be blamed, but I am certain that I will be uncomfortable purchasing from any vendor that uses an unreliable shipment service.

Placing the order was easy enough and tracking the package was also easy enough. Problem is I didn't receive the entire order. I only ordered two items. The invoice stated that the other item would be shipped seperately. I waited a week with no other email or info from this company so I emailed them asking where my stuff is. The response email I get back is asking how my experience was. Well it's not been good. I keep trying to call the number but it's just an automated voice telling me that they are busy......... I would shop elsewhere.

The dummy camera was obviously damaged before it was shipped... possibly a return that was resold. The glass front was off and loose in the case, the blinking light was not attached to anything. It simply was junk. Note, it was not damaged in shipping as it was packed well and the outer box showed no signs of bad handling. I simply threw the camera in the garbage.

Your website proclaimed SAME DAY SHIPPING. I have no idea how long it actually took you to ship but it took more than a week for me to receive my order. SAME DAY SHIPPING implies that a person should get their order in a few days not a week. But I guess it just means that maybe you ship it the same day and then it takes a long time to get to you.

I ordered a safe on 8/21 after calling first to verify you actually had one in stock. I received a tracking number for the promo items. Never received any info on my order. I called and no one could provide a tracking number. I sent an email asking for tracking information. That email has yet to be answered. I was finally able to find out the shipping company. I called them and they provided shipping information. Order was received 9/1. Not as soon as promised, but not too bad. Velocity Products needs to provide tracking information to their costumers Instead of giving away cheap promo items--

But it had just arrived the day I called (really?). No one notified me that it was backordered. Why not? They had to overnight it to me to arrive by Christmas (it arrived 3:30 pm on Christmas eve). This is the quote for the return policy of a defective item: "If you receive a defective item that you want to return and not have us replace, we will refund you 100% of your item cost." This should include the shipping cost since it is part of the total cost and the product didn't work. And, you get to pay to ship it back also.

I recently purchased an HC-SPLLG-DVR Spot Light Hidden Camera. The camera arrived in a timely manner, and that is about all the good things I can say. I plugged the light in, and 30% of the LED lights were burnt out. The motion detector doesn't work, the light is on as long as it is dark, it is not activated by motion. Then when I tried to run the software, I could not get it to work on my one year old Dell computer. So, I contacted customer service and they told me to contact tech support, and there would be a 30% restock fee if I returned it. Even if I get the software to work, the light itself is defective. I do not want this product.

When I first ordered my product from you and your website says that you will not ship to PO Boxes, I assumed that this means you ship through UPS. So I used my home address and waited for my package. I waited and waited and waited. I finally looked online and saw that it was transferred to the Post Office. I work at the Post Office, so I have a PO Box in the office that I work at. The problem was that my package went to the Post Office in the city I live, but I don't receive mail at that address so everything is returned. Since I work Post Office business hours, it was not possible to get to that Post Office to get my package, so I was on the phone constantly with them trying to figure out how to get my package, as I didn't want it returned, and my key was not working for the box at home anyway. The nice carrier explained what to do about the key problem and left it at my address anyway. Needless to say, it was a BIG headache! If packages are dropped off at the Post Office, there is no reason they cannot be delivered to a PO Box. I hope you will consider using the Post Office in the future for those of us who only have PO Boxes.

After ordering, having the CC charged, and waiting a week for shipping information, we contact the company and are told the product had shipped. A week later, we contact the company because it had not arrived and find out it is back ordered, but it would be dropped shipped. We wait about another week, and still no product, the order for the drop ship had never been placed. Finally a few days later, our product actually ships the company and arrives, after numerous phone calls and weeks of delay.

Whe ordering my pepperspray online withy card, they said they couldn't fill my order because of an error of some sort pertaining toy card. When I was finally able to get ahold of the store, they then told me everything was fine and the product was shipping. Just kinda weird. I would buy from them again and see what happens before I buy from somewhare else. It could have simply been a glitch of some sort. I did get my item pretty quickly and in good shape.

I placed my order on a Sunday. Overnight I realized that the product, a Door Alarm would not work for me because it was being placed in a shed where I would not be able to turn it off without setting the alarm off. I called before opening on Monday and spoke with one of your employees. We came to the conclusion that you did not have what I needed and she canceled the order. Later that day I received a shipping notice. I called immediately to inform your company that this order was canceled. I was told that it shipped by mistake and when the postman delivered the product to simply refuse the order, which I did. You received the product back and I was told that I would receive the full amount refunded, due to this being an error on your end. I got a refund of half the amount of the order not the full amount promised. I have called and written to your company many times. To date I still do not have the rest of the refund. It's a small amount, but I am a senior citizen that lives on a very low fixed income and every penny counts. Order number V174395 Although the employees I spoke with were very nice. I did not get what was promised to me. This error occurred on your side. I feel cheated.

i placed an order for several items, when my order arrived there where two of the more expensive items missing. the packing slip was signed saying all items where in the box. i responded to the company via the email they listed , i shortly got a response saying i would be contacted in less then 24 hours, I was NEVER contacted via email or the phone number i provided. i later called and they sent the items, but i did not fell like an valued customer so i will no longer be using this company.
