Free shipping for all orders!

ALL orders received before 4PM M-F, Eastern Standard Time are shipped that day at no extra cost to you. Orders received after 4PM will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE AREA SURROUNDING OUR FACILITY, SO PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS.

Commonly asked questions

How will you ship my order and when will it arrive? 
Delivery is made by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS and is determined at shipment to meet the estimate displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are calculated during checkout, but most arrive within 2-9 business days depending on where you are located in relation to our location in Atlanta, GA.

How will I know my package shipped?
After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email. Please note: if your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. We will communicate this with you and send shipping confirmation email(s) after all packages have shipped. 

How is my shipment order processed?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment.

Can I track my package?
YES. We ship via UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). The carrier we choose depends on your location and the weight of the item being shipped. We reserve the right to choose the delivery carrier. All packages shipped include a tracking number including a delivery confirmation number for USPS.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or Military APO?
NO. Currently we do not service these areas due to shipping costs and damage issues. We are confident that we will find a solution that will enable us to service these areas in the future.

Do you ship outside the United States?
NO. Currently we do not service these areas due to high shipping costs, fraud, and damage issues.

I live in Atlanta. Can I pick up my item?
NO. We do not currently have a local retail location and thus do not have local pick-up. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.
