My wife carries it with her and she likes it a lot.
Purchased for my daughter. Easy to use and discreet.
I like this thing a lot! It's my first Monkey Fist. Pros: It's got an excellent weight! It will kill someone (thus it does the job in an extreme sense if you're not careful). I like how it fits in my hand and how much it weighs. It seems well made, and has held up to the wear and tear I've put it through! Cons: I wouldn't hit someone in the head or neck with this because it's so hefty and well made. I'd aim for the pressure points on someone's arms or legs to ensure they couldn't hit you or follow you because it would likely kill or maim someone if it lands on the head or neck area. Do not keep it on a keychain, however! I know that's what it is marketed for but... again... It's got a lot of weight to it. That makes it an excellent Monkey Fist but terrible for keychains. At this weight, it'll wear our your cars ignition fast. The ignition in most modern cars isn't meant to withstand a lot of weight and pressure. They wear out faster when people keep heavy keychains. However, it makes for a great "charm" for a purse, coat, jacket, or to hang off a belt.
Great little thing to carry around that will give you the advantage if you are attacked I love mine.
Believe it or not I carried a similar defense weapon while doing my 3 tours in Vietnam. I did use it there on a number of occasions, and they pack quite a wallop. That's why I ordered 2 of these, I never leave home without it!
