With WiFi and night vision capabilities and the ability to support additional cameras, this device makes a great surveillance unit. You can record and view videos and photos live from multiple cameras from a single IP address. As long as you have an internet connection, you can monitor whatever is happening back at home or in the office after hours. You can view live feeds as soon as the motion sensor detects movement and initiates video recording. Also available are email alerts and photo uploads to an FTP file every time motion detection recording is activated. You can view these videos and photos on a PC, Mac, iPhone, Android smartphone or a tablet. Other recording options include continuous, schedule and power-up. The camera features infrared night vision for up to a range of 30 feet for low light recording. Also, multiple users may manage the unit with individual setup and password protection. Several cameras mean that you can monitor an entire area through a single device.

"I read previous reviews and should have taken their advice. Camera was far below expectations. Night vision was only good for about 6 feet. Customer support for camera is a total of 1 person. Support is extremely limited with hours like 10-6 M-T, 10-2 on Fridays(or something like that). Software was the absolute worst. Not user friendly. Had to use 3 different softwares to get camera to function. Setup instructions were not complete or accurate. The instruction information was obviously written by someone whose first language was NOT english. I now know why they have a 30% restocking/return charge. The company would go broke with so many returns. The restocking fee covers part of their profit and probably cost of the product. I found a Dlink camera at Bestbuy with incredible 24/7 support, much better night vision, setup was actually plug and play, and it worked. I needed extra support setting up some advanced features but literally 24/7 i got someone on the phone within seconds. Not even minutes. And they were really good. The help desk and support folks with Velpro and the home security store tried to help but not much you can do when you have a bad product. My advice, stick with name brand, brick and mortar purchase."

"In this case the product is a physical camera, software and instructions. The software is abysmal, shortcut is created that links to the wrong location, while a plethora of spelling errors and generally poor english does not affect how the product functions it does show a lack of attention to detail. The instructions are as good as useless and I am not a tech noob. The bad software & instructions make a potentially good camera simply bad. On top of that I have to pay a ridiculous 30% restocking fee for a product that was useless to me."
