Product description
Designed for mounting Mail Boss locking mailbox units, this in-ground post is made of the same sturdy galvanized steel used for the mailboxes. The 10 and 14-gauge galvanized steel post stands at a height of 43". It must be buried at least 12" into the ground to meet the USPS mailbox height specifications. Along with the mailbox, the total height should be between 41" to 45".In case a deeper installation is required, you can fit the steel post over a 4" x 4" wooden post. The bronze color steel post is powder-coated for longer life and greater weather resistance. Instructions are provided for quick hassle-free installation.
